Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Hello dearest friends! 🙋🏽‍♀️

Wishing you a beautiful season of coziness, where the colours are golden, the drinks are warm, and the fireplace is getting hot.

With a heart filled with love and excitement I am sharing with you one of our favourite pumpkin spice lattes recipes. ☕️

Made entirely with plants, refined sugar free, and (as claimed by friends) the best PSL in town.

This latte has been loved here in our photography studio since the leaves started to fall, its kept us cozy & energized for all the loving photo projects of the last month. We loved it so much, we thought it deserved its own mini photo session...with a pistachio biscotti on the side, of course. 📸

Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

Serves 1 (feel free to double, or even tripe the recipe as needed)


How to create it:

Option 1, with a frother: In your frother cup, add in milk and turn on to desired temperature. Once milk starts stirring add in pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice one at a time and let froth until desired temperature. In a cup, add espresso shot and top with warm latte mixture. Serve warm.

Option 2, stovetop: In a small sauce pan over medium heat, bring together all ingredients and whisk until combined. Serve warm.
